In January 2021, MAC Cosmetics released an eyeshadow palette in collaboration with The Sims 4 - this was met with much criticism from the Sims fan community for the lack of creativity/relevance to the game.

As a fan of makeup and Sims myself, I took it on myself to create a version of the palette that I would have liked to see.

I created this palette with both the Sims and beauty community in mind - giving thought to the colour-story, naming and packaging design.

To show makeup looks that could be done with the palette I created it as Custom Content in The Sims 4 for actual Sims to model.
